GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITONS OF LEASE EXTENDED
1. USE AND MAINTAINANCE OF UNIT
a. You shall keep and maintain the Water Filtration Unit PEST FREE. Any pest infestation and, or pest damage will be categorized as physical damage. Therefore you shall be liable to pay the cost of the Water Filtration Unit.
b. You shall be liable to take necessary step to eliminate pest in the water filtration unit at your cost to comply with 5.b of our General Terms and Condition.
2. FEES
a. Default failed payment fee of $11.50 applies to each missed direct debit payment.
b. Call out fee of $50.00 will apply if you have booked an appointment with our technical team and nobody is home at the time of appointment. A Fee of $50.00 will be added to your account each time you miss a Booked Appointment.
c. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact us 0800 500 100 or onsales@bluestarwater.co.nz minimum 1 hour prior to the appointment time. In such scenario, the $50.00 fee will not be added to your account.
I hereby, confirm that I have read and understood the above extended General Terms and Condition of this Lease.
3. RENEWAL RIGHTS
a. The Lease Agreement shall be automatically renewed every 12 months unless either party provides written notice of termination in accordance with the terms outlined under 6. Lease Termination.
